Amerdan Inc bears no liability towards any illness, loss or damage of property and / or life due to accident, illness or injury or negligence of the customer during the course of the tour.

The booking of any sightseeing tour or traveling tour is accepted on the understanding that the customer realizes the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in an activity of this kind.

Refunds after a tour or activity has taken place are not possible and if a customer is unhappy with their experience, we can only offer a refund in the form of vouchers for another tour or activity at our discretion.

Amerdan Inc reserves the right to amend the price of the tours quoted on the Amerdan Inc website https://latinatravel.site, given that rates may change in response to changing costs.

Amerdan Inc would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising out of any mishap, sickness, accident while the tour.

Amerdan Inc reserves the right to refuse a tour or activity to any persons who arrive intoxicated, disorderly or make the guide feel uncomfortable in any way. In any such instances the deposit paid remains non-refundable.

Conditions for making use of the booking

To the extent prohibited by applicable law, the booking is not intended for and should not be used by anyone under the age of sixteen (18). By using the booking, you represent that:

i. you are at least sixteen (18) years old;

ii. you possess the legal authority to enter into binding legal obligations; and

iii. you will only use the booking to make a legitimate booking for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to represent.

If you or the person making use of the booking makes a Booking for a third-party, you or the person making use of the booking agree to assume responsibility for (i) informing the third-party of the terms set out in the Terms & Conditions, and (ii) obtaining the third-party’s agreement to the terms of the Terms & Conditions;

Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Privacy

Amerdan Inc processes your personal information (e.g . financial data and full name) provided by you for the purposes as described in Section 1.5. Amerdan Inc relies on the legal basis that the processing of your personal information is necessary for entering into and the performance of a contract. If you do not provide us with the required personal information, we are not able to provide you the Service.

Amerdan Inc will process your information for as long as our processing purpose and our legitimate interests in documentation and keeping evidence require it or storage is a technical requirement, unless Amerdan Inc is legally required to keep your personal information, for example in connection with contractual obligations or supervisory and tax obligations. If there are no contrary legal or contractual obligations, we will delete or anonymize your information once the storage or processing period has expired as part of our usual processes.

We may transfer information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have data protection laws and regulations that differ from those in your country. Any transfers of information originating from within the European Economic Area to countries outside the EEA will be made on the basis of the standard clauses approved by the European Commission, which may be found at the Commission's website here, without prejudice to Amerdan Inc’s right to conclude that another justification may also apply.
